Purpose to Path is a 3-week fast-track program that introduces young adults (18–24) to the trades without the cost or long commitment of traditional education.

In just 3 weeks, students build hands-on skills, gain real job exposure, and develop the confidence to move into apprenticeships or entry-level work. 

Central Florida is the starting point because of its strong demand for skilled tradesmen and women, steady construction growth, and a large group of young adults who need a clear path forward. 

Why now matters: the need for tradesmen and women is immediate, opportunities are available today, and delaying means missing real income and momentum already on the table.
